Who can apply for funding from IIT Delhi Angels?

Startups founded by IIT Delhi students, alumni, faculty, or staff at the pre-seed or seed stage are eligible to apply. We are sector-agnostic but prioritize impactful and innovative ideas.

What is the process for getting funded?

The process includes the following steps:

Submit your application via our online form.
The Investment Committee (IC) reviews and shortlists startups.
Shortlisted startups are invited to present at our monthly pitch day.
Selected startups are connected with angels for potential investment.

What type of startups does IIT Delhi Angels invest in?

We invest in startups with scalable, innovative, and impactful solutions. While we are sector-agnostic, we focus on startups that demonstrate strong potential for growth and meaningful impact.

How often do pitch days happen?

Pitch days are organized monthly, featuring 2-5 curated startups presenting to the IIT Delhi Angels community.

Can I join as an investor if I’m not an IIT Delhi alumnus?

Currently, our investor community is exclusive to IIT Delhi alumni. However, we are exploring opportunities to expand the network in the future.

IIT Delhi Angles is an angel investor community for startups coming out from the institute—founded by students, alumni, faculty, staff, or incubated at the institute.

Providing funding, mentorship, and resources to turn bold ideas of IIT Delhi into impactful startups that shape the future.
